All sales are final. If your jewelry breaks, we’re happy to re-weld it at no cost.
Please note that while we use high-quality materials, tarnishing can still occur over time, especially with exposure to lotions, perfumes, chlorine, and other chemicals. To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend avoiding direct contact with these substances and cleaning your jewelry gently as needed.

After your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, we are not liable for packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or doesn’t arrive, please reach out to the shipping company for assistance.
